With a fully digital business, the platform was rebuilt by Touch Media by migrating from WordPress to Laravel and Laravel Livewire. The new architecture significantly improved speed, security, and process automation through multiple external partner integrations and the addition of an AI chatbot,  enabling rapid request handling and the company's international expansion.
