With a fully digital business, the platform was rebuilt by Touch Media by migrating from WordPress to Laravel and Laravel Livewire. The new architecture significantly improved speed, security, and process automation through multiple external partner integrations and the addition of an AI chatbot,  enabling rapid request handling and the company's international expansion.

For Synevo Moldova we delivered a complete digital ecosystem, built around patient needs and internal process efficiency. The project included design, UI/UX, website development, and CMS implementation, along with a dedicated online appointment system. We integrated a medical AI chatbot, capable of providing assistance and analysis interpretation, improving user interaction. The solution was completed with training for the client team, as well as support and maintenance services under SLA, ensuring stability and continuous evolution.
Synevo Moldova
For MySynevo we developed a digital platform that centralizes the relationship between the patient and medical services, providing fast and secure access to essential information. The application allows viewing of analysis history, interpretation of value evolution through graphs, online scheduling and personal profile management, including for family members. The platform also integrates the telemedicine component, allowing users to interact with doctors through online consultations, based on the medical data available in the system. Users can share information with doctors, receive real-time notifications and access services directly from the app, in an ecosystem optimized for clarity and ease of use.

For over 14 years, we have been offering full service web and software development, mobile apps, branding and UI/UX in a solid partnership built for the long term. The relationship with Francek evolved into a strategic collaboration, based on trust and continuity. Together we have delivered more than 20 digital projects, fully covering online and offline presence needs, in an end-to-end model oriented towards growth and scaling.

For Fabrique Coffee, a startup in the coffee & lifestyle area, we developed a mobile application in React Native, designed to support direct interaction with users and the digital experience of the brand. The app provides quick access to relevant products, orders and information in a mobile-optimized format. The solution is built scalable, adapted to a growing business, and focuses on simple UX, speed and conversion, being integrated into a modern digital ecosystem.

The "Grigore Antipa" National Marine Research Institute benefits from a complete rebranding by Touch Media, built from scratch on a modern and coherent visual identity. The project included the definition of branding elements, communication directions and the development of a solid identity manual, adapted to the institutional and scientific context. We have created a unified digital ecosystem, where design and information structure support rapid access to content and research projects.

For Instant Ice, the largest ice producer and distributor in Romania, we developed a complex internal operational management system dedicated to fleets and nationwide distribution. The platform allows simultaneous management of multiple dispatch centers, driver coordination, order administration, real-time tracking, and route optimization. The solution was built on an architecture based on PHP, Laravel, React Native, and WebSockets, ensuring live communication and instant synchronization between applications. 
Instant Ice
For Guido Student Guide we developed and implemented the mobile application for iOS and Android, integrating the authentication and validation system through ISIC cards. The platform provides access to benefits, digital vouchers and relevant information for students in a scalable and performance-optimized ecosystem. We have been working with the customer for over 8 years, and the product is currently on its third major version, continuously improved from a technical and UX point of view. The application has constantly evolved, supporting the growth of the community and the expansion of functionalities in multiple university cities in Belgium.

For RenewAcad, part of the Monsson group, we have developed a complete digital ecosystem that combines iOS and Android mobile apps with landing pages optimized for conversion and a VR app for training. The project included defining and strengthening the brand identity, developing the digital infrastructure and implementing promotional campaigns on TikTok, Google and Facebook. The project was co-financed by the European Union.

For Monsson, a partner with whom we have been collaborating since 2010, we have developed multiple digital projects over time. In this context, we delivered a monitoring and dispatch system dedicated to managed wind farms. The platform provides centralized visibility, real-time alerts and operational control. The solution supports quick decisions and continuity of operations in a production-critical environment

We fully followed the official Renault and Dacia guidelines, both visually and structurally.The website emphasizes clarity, user experience, and brand identity, without complex commercial functionalities.

Pizza San Marco is one of the reference projects in the Touch Media portfolio, consisting of a complete online ordering platform for the delivery of pizza and dishes, developed for the Constanța market. The solution includes both an online store and a dedicated mobile app iOS and Android, designed to provide a quick, intuitive and efficient ordering experience.

The project developed for Automobilus, a client in the automotive industry, started in a context without automation or digital processes, where workflows were managed manually. We built a unified platform that digitizes auto parts management, inventory, and deliveries, eliminating operational fragmentation. By integrating the right technologies, processes became fast, clear, and controllable. Digitalization supported accelerated growth based on efficiency and scalability.

The application fully covers fleet & delivery management operations, from order allocation to real-time tracking. Includes dedicated modules for drivers, dispatcher, delivery status and route optimization. The platform centralizes commands, vehicles and operational performance, with end-to-end visibility. The architecture is designed for scaling, API integration and logistics flow automation.

For Insurex we developed a digital platform dedicated to optimizing processes in the insurance segment, focused on automation and a simplified user experience. The solution enables offer management, policy comparison, and fast generation of qualified leads. The platform includes automatic notifications and reminders that help users avoid missing policy expirations or relevant opportunities. Built on a scalable architecture with API integrations and automated flows, the solution facilitates interaction between users and providers and supports business growth through digitalization.

Oribe is an international luxury cosmetics brand, intended for hair care and the beauty sector. Oribe Germany is marketed by the Francek brand in Germany and respects the identity of its brand.
