The challenge
The challenge was real-time coordination of fleets, orders, and drivers in a single coherent system. We delivered a stable solution capable of handling large volumes of data and simultaneous operations. The platform supports business growth and scaling in operations and logistics. At the same time, OCR scanning of receipts and per-vehicle consumption tracking against kilometers provides additional logistics control.
Our process
Following an internal analysis, we started by identifying delivery, personnel, and management issues in the delivery and fleet area. The client already had a clock-in/clock-out system, which we used as a starting point to build a set of requirements covering core personnel management needs. After defining a high-level structure, we integrated specific features to ensure full control over delivery operations and related assets. We addressed cases related to fleet vehicles, drivers, consumption, car washes, incidents and chat, map-based delivery optimization, and route guidance to destination. We eliminated idle time and generated complete reports that support planning and decision-making.
Result
Managers have access to centralized data, reports and live status, and drivers operate efficiently from the application and the user knows when the order will arrive.
The system enables rapid scaling, integration with external systems and automation of logistics processes.
