One of the most complex CRM projects developed by Touch Media. The reference area is the automotive sector. The system on the Laravel platform was developed to help the customer in orders management. With a rapidly growing business model, the software started with thousands of orders and within a year we were managing and optimizing tens of thousands of orders per day.
At the same time, the CRM manages complex stocks and over 600 thousand products, for which the system represents the only landmark. These all are taken from various areas: websites and other software containing the products that the Automobilus brand sells.
The CRM is composed of an invoice management system, linked with Smartbill, AWB sending system to various suppliers, third party integrations: Kvik, Emag marketplace, Compari.
